1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

4Deposit & Fund Withdrawal

5Bonus & Promotions

6Game Rules & Fairness

• Cheating, impersonating others, or providing false information to svs96.
• Threatening, extorting, or engaging in any activity that could harm the reputation or security of the svs96 platform.

Svs96 also encourages all members to practise responsible gaming. You may use the self-management features available on the platform — such as daily deposit limits, weekly loss limits and self-exclusion options — whenever needed.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Svs96 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any member account without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe the member has violated any Terms in this document.

• In cases where an account is suspended for identity verification reasons, any valid balance will be returned to the member once the investigation is complete and identity is confirmed.
• If an account is closed due to a breach of the Terms, svs96 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining bonus balance or winnings obtained through activities that violate the Terms.
• Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the svs96 customer support team. Account closure will be processed once all pending withdrawals have been settled.
• Following account closure, svs96 reserves the right to retain transaction records and related information in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

9svs96 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, svs96 and its parent company, subsidiaries, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from or related to the use of our platform.

• Svs96 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times, although we make every effort to ensure maximum platform availability.
• Svs96 is not liable for any losses arising from hacking, data breaches or cyberattacks that occur beyond our reasonable control.

10Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties within thirty (30) days from the date the dispute is first communicated in writing.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with mutually agreed arbitration rules. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
